Thank you for shopping at InsideTheBag Milano. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and any tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@inthebagmilano.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are happy to assist you with this process at support@inthebagmilano.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Custom or personalized orders are also non-refundable.
