Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $50 / $5.99 on orders under $50Â
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@inthebagmilano.com.
Shipping Delays
InsideTheBag Milano is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package was lost in transit or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@inthebagmilano.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
